Today’s blog post is in collaboration with Femme Luxe Finery*, who gifted me some clothes of my choice in exchange for a blog post review. Femme Luxe Finery is a fashion brand who say they are all about style, sass and social media, and I can definitely see my style fitting within theirs – “No matter what your style”. Here are the items I picked out, along with how I would style them and some outfit ideas too.
I love a pretty shirt dress, so definitely wanted to give this white short sleeved one a try. It’s super cute, and is so easy to wear with a little side bag and sandals during the day, or maybe heels to dress it up on an evening. But, the material was very see through, and you could see my underwear very clearly! Also, being 6ft, the dress was very short on myself. Nonetheless, it was super cute.
Light Blue Denim Paperbag Skirt – £4.99
I loved this item a lot more than I thought I would. I don’t often love paperbag style items, as I find they make me look wider, especially on the hips and personally just don’t complement my figure. But, I really like this one. Albeit it a little on the short side, it’s so simple and cute. The waist is elasticated so hugs my waist in the right place and fits perfectly. I love the denim colour too. The material is a little thin, but it’ll be great for summer days and holidays. I paired this with a black scoop-necked crop top, black belt and converse for a casual day-time look.
Black Long Sleeve Code Jumper Dress – £7.99
This jumper dress will be so cosy during the winter months in the UK, however it was very short on me. The dress was great quality, and out of all the items, the best for value for money. I styled this item with a belt around the waist, and some high top Converse. I wish this was a little longer because I’d love to be able to wear this out.
That is all the items in this Femme Luxe Finery haul. Overall I’m so pleased with the items, just wish they were made for tall girls like me! I’d definitely recommend giving Femme Luxe Finery a browse and see if there is something that suits your style, and you can find out more information by heading to their website, www.femmeluxefinery.co.uk.
