I popped into my local Boots store the other day, and picked up a variety of items, so thought I’d do a little haul…
Rimmel Insta Fix & Matt Translucent Powder – I needed a new powder as my Mabelline Stay Matt is too light for me whilst I have a little bit of a tan, so picked this translucent one up to use. I thought this would be great, especially over the summer whilst my skin colour is a variety of shades.
Soap and Glory Vitamin C Facial Wash AND Deep Cleansing Milk – Both of these products are re-purchases. I have run out of both these products and I love them so much so I had to repurchase them. I first tried the Vitamin C Facial Wash, when I purchased the bumper suitcase/box at Christmas time from Boots, when they were reduced from £60 to £30. Then I purchased the Deep Cleansing Milk at the beginning of January with a discount voucher that came in the box. They have completely changed my skincare routine, and have greatly improved the condition of my skin. Plus, they have both lasted me over 7 months, and so they are at bargain at only £8 each.
Soap and Glory Scrub Your Nose In It – This wasn’t a planned purchase, but Boots had 3 for 2 on Soap and Glory skincare products, so I picked this up on a whim but I am excited to try it out. This was £9.
Collection Speedy Highlight – I’ve wanted to try a new highlighter, especially a cream/stick highlighter. So, whilst I was having a browse in Boots I spotted this one by collection in the shade ‘Pearl Sheen 1’ and it was £3.99.
Soap and Glory Spritz Me Quick – Having recently tried the Vaseline spray moisturiser, and it is now empty, it felt fitting that I picked up this spray moisturiser from Soap and Glory, as it was on offer for £5. This one also acts as a spray as well, leaving you smelling of rose and bergamot.
L’Oreal Elvive Phytoclear Shampoo (for greasy hair) – It’s taken me a long while to find another shampoo my hair likes since L’Oreal stopped producing the Elvive Nutri-Gloss Light for hair prone to greasiness. I tried the Extraordinary Clay range, but unfortunately was allergic to something in the formula. Then I came across the Phytoclear range, after continually looking for a new greasy hair shampoo and I really like this range. It keeps my hair light, lifted and reduces the amount of oil in my roots. Although I do love this product, I still don’t love it as much as the Nutri-Gloss Light Shampoo. This was on offer for £2.50.
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer (Cool Medium) – This was re-purchase as mine had nearly run-out. This was £3.99.
Mini Batiste Dry Shampoo (Tropical) – I was in need of a little dry shampoo to take with me on a recent trip, so picked this was up for £1.29.
